Cooking Directions

Preparation

Thaw sausage prior to cooking. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 180°F/82°C

Skillet

Remove from package, place in skillet. Break sausage meat apart. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly browned. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and add to recipe.

Freezing & Storage

To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days.
