What You Need

  • 1 pkg Johnsonville Original Recipe Breakfast Sausages, decased
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pkg (600 g) McCain Breakfast Potato Pancakes*
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to preference

Preparation

  1. Whisk dozen eggs and beat in milk, mustard, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper (or to preference). Set aside.

  2. "In slow cooker, layer 1/3 of potato pancakes, onions, sausage, cheese, pepper and spinach. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture over ingredients. "

  3. Repeat layers 2 more times and top with cheese.

  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. *Add 1-2 hours cook time if cooking potato pancakes from frozen.
