Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Place in large bowl.
Cut Smoked Polish Sausages into 1/2 inch clices. Add sausage, eggs, celery, onion and pickle relish to bowl with potatoes.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, beer, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
