Thaw sausage prior to cooking. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 180ºF/82ºC.
Place sausages in a skillet. Cover over medium-low heat; cook 10-13 minutes. Turn often with tongs to brown evenly.
Place sausages on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 375ºF/190ºC for 18-20 minutes, turning sausages halfway through.
Best before or freeze by the date printed on the front of the package. Freeze for up to 30 days. Once package is open, prepare within 3 days.
