Pre-heat skillet at medium heat. Add 1 cup of water and place links in skillet. Cover, heat for 10 minutes, turning links once. Remove cover, continue cooking 10 minutes longer, until golden brown.
Place links on broiler rack at least 7-9 inches below heat. Broil for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown, 16-20 minutes total.
