Cooking Directions

Preheat a non-stick skillet to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook for 12-16 minutes or until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F/71°C, turning sausages often.
Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. Place sausages on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F/71°C, turning sausages often.
Freezing & Storage

To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days. If frozen, thaw sausage prior to cooking.
