Creamy Sausage Pasta

What You Need

orecchiette pasta

spinach leaves

chicken stock

heavy cream

cloves of garlic, minced
1/2

parmesan, grated

basil leaves, sliced
Preparation
- In a large pot bring salted water to a boil. Cook orecchiette pasta as per the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat, cook Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage Meat until browned.
- Set cooked sausage aside in a bowl.
- Add garlic and chicken stock to the skillet.
- Add heavy cream, continue to stir so the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked sausage meat into the cream sauce.
- Add spinach and parmesan cheese.
- Add orecchiette pasta to cream sauce.
- Stir to coat evenly, so spinach wilts. Add sliced basil on top.
