Foil Pack Sausage Nachos

Here’s a great grilled snack for the next outdoor adventure… a foil pack filled with Johnsonville® Sausage layered with chips and all-time favorite nacho toppings.

What You Need
1 package
(14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Jalapeno and Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, sliced or JOHNSONVILLE® Chorizo Ground Sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 bag
(17 ounces) tortilla chips
1 cup
Pico de Gallo
1 cup
shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup
shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup
sliced jalapeno peppers
1 can
(16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup
sliced black olives
1/4 cup
jalapeno ranch dressing
2 tablespoons
fresh minced cilantro

Sour cream, to serve
  • Preheat grill to medium indirect heat.

  • Layer and divide ingredients among 2 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12-inches x 24-inches) starting with half the chips, sausage, Pico de Gallo, cheese, red onions, jalapenos, black beans, olives, ranch dressing and cilantro. Fold foil around the filling; leaving the center open.
  • Grill over indirect heat until heated through; about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
