Foil Pack Sausage Nachos
Here’s a great grilled snack for the next outdoor adventure… a foil pack filled with Johnsonville® Sausage layered with chips and all-time favorite nacho toppings.

What You Need

(14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Jalapeno and Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, sliced or JOHNSONVILLE® Chorizo Ground Sausage, cooked and crumbled

(17 ounces) tortilla chips

Pico de Gallo

shredded Cheddar cheese

shredded Mozzarella cheese

cup
sliced jalapeno peppers

(16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

sliced black olives
1/4
cup
jalapeno ranch dressing

tablespoons
fresh minced cilantro
Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium indirect heat.
- Layer and divide ingredients among 2 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12-inches x 24-inches) starting with half the chips, sausage, Pico de Gallo, cheese, red onions, jalapenos, black beans, olives, ranch dressing and cilantro. Fold foil around the filling; leaving the center open.
- Grill over indirect heat until heated through; about 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
