Smoked Sausage Caprese Salad

What You Need

4 cups
arugula
1 cup
cherry tomato
1 tsp.
salt
1/8
kalamata olives
1 cup
croutons
balsamic vinaigrette
truffle oil, to drizzle
sea salt, to taste
1 bunch
basil leaves

buffalo mozzarella, for topping
Preparation
  • In a large bowl, combine arugula, half of the kalamata olives and tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette and black truffle oil. Add in torn basil leaves and sausage coins.
  • Add to plate, top with buffalo mozzarella, croutons, the rest of olives and tomatoes, and an extra drizzle of black truffle oil.
