Cooking Directions


Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 180ºF/82ºC.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausages. Cover over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning sausages often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 125 mL (1/2 cup) water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 160°F/71°C
Preheat BBQ to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until sausages are browned and internal temperature reads 160°F/71°C, turning sausages often.
Freezing & Storage

To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days. If frozen, thaw sausage prior to cooking.
