Cooking Directions

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add sausages. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, turning sausages often. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add 125ml (1/2 Cup) water to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes until the temperature reaches 71 C (160 F).
Preheat BBQ to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 71 C (160 F).
Freezing & Storage

Best before or freeze by the date printed on the front of the package. Freeze for up to 30 days. If frozen, thaw sausage prior to cooking. Once the package is open, prepare within 3 days.
