Mini Sausage Pizzas
These may be little pizzas, but they’re big on flavour! Follow our recipe or mix in your favourite ingredients. No matter how you top them, they are the perfect school lunch or afterschool snack!

What You Need

English Muffins or bagels, split in half

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4
cup
finely chopped green peppers, optional
1/4
cup
finely chopped red onion, optional
1/2
cup
pizza sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly toast English muffins.
- Place muffin halves on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread with pizza sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and cooked sausage. Add green pepper and red onion if desired.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
