Sausage Enchiladas

What You Need
1/2
cup
red onion, chopped

Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

jar
enchilada sauce
1
jar
tomato sauce
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
chili powder

large flour tortillas
Preparation
- Add sausage, onions and salt and pepper to skillet. Cook for 7-9 mins until sausage is cooked through.
- Drain excess grease from pan.
- Add 2/3 cup of cheese to sausage mixture.
- In a medium bowl, combine enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and chili powder.
- Fill flour tortillas with sausage mixture. Roll and place in pan.
- Cover with enchilada sauce mix and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Serve while hot.
