Sausage Tater Tot Casserole

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a standard casserole dish (11×13 inch). Cook sausage meat according to package instructions.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, onion powder, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl. Mix cooked sausage, half of cheese and green peppers into egg mixture.
- Pour egg mixture into casserole dish and layer tater tots evenly on top. Place casserole dish in oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of dish and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
