What You Need

1 dozen
eggs
1 cup
milk
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1 pkg
(600 g) McCain Breakfast Potato Pancakes*
1/2 cup
onions, chopped
3 cups
cheddar cheese, shredded
1
red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup
spinach, chopped

salt and pepper, to preference
Preparation
  • Whisk dozen eggs and beat in milk, mustard, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper (or to preference). Set aside.
  • “In slow cooker, layer 1/3 of potato pancakes, onions, sausage, cheese, pepper and spinach. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture over ingredients.”
  • Repeat layers 2 more times and top with cheese.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours. *Add 1-2 hours cook time if cooking potato pancakes from frozen.
