Italian Sausage Rigatoni

(16 ounces/454 g) rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
3 Tbsp.
olive oil

garlic cloves, minced
1
large sweet red bell pepper, chopped
1 jar
(24 ounces/710 mL) marinara sauce
2 Tbsp.
chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
  • Cook sausage links according to package instructions; drain, cut into ½-inch pieces and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and red pepper until crisp-tender.
  • Add prepared sausage, pasta and marinara sauce; cook and stir until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
